Boot Camp:
Eastside Basketball Club and our certified personal trainers are offering a 6 week boot camp that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling & motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. No matter your age, size or fitness level, you can achieve great results. Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same old routine, this camp is for you!
Program runs M, W & F from noon to 1 pm or T & TH from noon to 1 pm
AB LAB: We are also offering an AB LAB Tuesday evenings from 6 pm to 6:30 pm. This dynamic workout with cutting edge torso exercises will improve your core strength, balance and posture.
Cost is $20 on a per class basis, $360 for the 3-day a week program, $240 for the 2-day a week program. AB LAB - $10 per class.

Definitions Boot Camp:
Annie Hyatt presents DEFINITIONS, a new class at Eastside Basketball Club that will define and tone every major muscle group, improve muscular endurance, and boost metabolism using bands, balls, your own body weight, and intervals. Visit their website at www.manydefinitions.com.
Program begins Monday, 10/12 and runs M & W 9:30 am - 10:30 am.
Cost is $15 per class (drop-in fee) or 5 classes for $60 and 10 classes for $100. (You have 90 days to use your classes.)
